We have partnered with Melon to establish the values of our growing team. Sure and her team interviewed most of our team members online and then led a full-day face-to-face workshop to discover what makes us tick and examine our culture. Afterwards, we worked together to distill all the work with results that made everyone proud. Those values passed the test of time, and we still use them to guide us in many decisions, such as hiring, promotion, etc.
Afterwards, Melon helped us to build a system to recruit and onboard new hires, including guiding us to evaluate various ATS systems and configuring them, creating an extensive Trello board and providing training sessions to hiring managers and HR staff.
